About the Role:
We're urgently hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations for our Security Division across Ontario. This individual will be responsible for coordinating a workforce of 30+ security guards, managing both field and administrative duties.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and understands the importance of structure, scheduling, and team readiness in a frontline industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day guard scheduling and attendance reporting

• Address field-level issues and ensure operational coverage across sites

• Maintain inventory of uniforms, equipment, and training supplies

• Keep accurate records and documentation in compliance with internal protocols

• Support recruitment for security guard positions and ad hoc client requests

• Coordinate with guards and clients for smooth shift transitions

• Collaborate on sourcing candidates for security licensing or CPR training when needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, security coordination, or workforce management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in scheduling, inventory management, or field operations is a plus

• Flexibility to support occasional recruitment or sales-related activities
