Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for patients entering the clinic
Accurately record and assess vital signs relevant to scheduled appointments
Coordinate and schedule diagnostic and investigative procedures as required
Provide occasional coverage during evenings and weekends, as needed
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Telus PS Suite Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Prior experience in a healthcare environment is considered an asset
Experience in administering injections is considered a significant advantage
Position Details:
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Hours: Flexible scheduling available
Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
