What You'll Do:

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize market research, networking, and cold outreach to expand our client base.
  • Understand client needs and present customized staffing solutions that align with their goals
  • Execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals that contribute to business expansion.
  • Monitor workforce trends and market demands to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports to optimize strategies and meet revenue targets.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, HR solutions, or the staffing industry.
  • Strong track record in cold calling, business development, and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Staffing Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
