What You'll Do:

- Understand client needs and present customized staffing solutions that align with their goals
- Execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals that contribute to business expansion.
- Monitor workforce trends and market demands to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports to optimize strategies and meet revenue targets.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, HR solutions, or the staffing industry.
- Strong track record in cold calling, business development, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
