Steeltown Ford is looking to add an Automotive Technician to its growing team!

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering superior automotive repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PDIs on new and used vehicles

Complete provincial safety inspections and ensure compliance

Conduct light mechanical repairs and vehicle reconditioning tasks

Maintain accurate records of work performed

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive service or technician role is preferred

Knowledge of vehicle systems and basic mechanical aptitude

Safety certification (Manitoba) or credentials to be able to obtain immediately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid class 5 driver's license or equivalent.
