What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in supporting business and IT collaboration to deliver powerful technology solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA

• Evaluate and develop business requirements

• Monitor development for standards compliance and maintainability

• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests

• Document and execute user story acceptance tests

• Provide user story and solution support to team members

• Investigate and analyze incidents

• Facilitate solution discussions with stakeholders and IT

• Ensure quality solutions before product releases

What You Bring

Experience:

• 3–5 years in an IT analyst role

• Team leadership experience

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or commerce, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, or Concur (v1809 or newer)

• Workday HCM or Workday Adaptive

• Experience with Jira

• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills

• Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity

• Clear and confident communicator

• Collaborative team player open to change and improvement

• Detail-oriented with a passion for great products

• Experience working in agile environments
