About the Role:
We're urgently hiring an Security Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations for our Security Division across Ontario. This individual will be responsible for coordinating a workforce of security guards, managing both field and administrative duties.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and understands the importance of structure, scheduling, and team readiness in a frontline industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day guard scheduling and attendance reporting
- Address field-level issues and ensure operational coverage across sites
- Maintain inventory of uniforms, equipment, and training supplies
- Keep accurate records and documentation in compliance with internal protocols
- Support recruitment for security guard positions and ad hoc client requests
- Coordinate with guards and clients for smooth shift transitions
- Collaborate on sourcing candidates for security licensing or CPR training when needed
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, security coordination, or workforce management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
