We are currently recruiting for upcoming positions in Stratford. Our client is a leading company in thermoplastics. Within the facility they design, engineer and manufacture products for customers through North America. We are looking for potential candidates for straight days, afternoons or nights. We do not have student positions and you must have your own reliable transportation. Production Operator / Assembler Position Duties: May include, but are not limited to the following: Visually inspect, assemble and pack parts per work instructions and packaging diagram. Perform routine inspection of product to standard and complete inspection audit reports, where applicable. Keep the supervisor informed of and document any abnormalities in the production flow and product quality, record appropriate data collections as required. Inform technicians of any non-conforming parts found in a timely manner Attend all required meetings and training when scheduled. Maintain a safe and clean work area, must be knowledgeable in required personal protective equipment Regular and predictable attendance, be a team player, and perform other duties as assigned Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally may maneuver up to 50 pounds. Shift times Days: 7am - 3:30pm Afternoons: 3pm - 11:30pm Nights: 11am - 7:30pm Compensation Days: $18 Afternoons: SP $0.95 Nights: SP $0.95 There is mandatory overtime when required.
