Looking for commercial Flooring Installers to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit rooms and hallways accurately
• Remove existing flooring and prepare surfaces for new installation
• Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet
• Apply adhesives and grouting materials as necessary
• Ensure finished flooring is level, aligned, and properly secured
• Follow blueprints, floor plans, or customer specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Clean up worksite and dispose of materials appropriately
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a flooring installer or similar role
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of flooring installation techniques and materials
• Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
