About the Company
Our client, a prominent environmental management firm, is currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative for their office in Langley.
About the Role
In your role reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and cultivating relationships with existing client base. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in proactively broadening clientele within the construction sector by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
The Offer
The position provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $60,000 - $75,000, along with commission, benefits and additional perks.
What You Bring
To qualify as a successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 2 years of proven success in cultivating relationships within the B2B sales environment, managing both existing and new accounts. A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets is crucial. This role requires excellent communication skills, adeptness at building rapport, and a strong ability to identify client pain points, quantify opportunities, and proposed tailored solutions. Additionally, advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM system is a prerequisite for this position.
