- Stable day shift schedule (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
- Prepare materials for welding, including chemical etching
- Perform drill press operations (drilling, tapping, countersinking)
- Install bushings, bearings, rivets, and helicoils
- Set up and test assemblies using drawings and test procedures
- Operate brake press, punch press, drills, saws, and shears
- 5+ years of experience in industrial fabrication, fitting, or complex mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
- Hands-on experience assembling hydraulic and tube assemblies from schematics
- Skilled in operating forklifts, overhead cranes, slings, and industrial tools
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
- Comfortable using electric and pneumatic tools, grinders, tapping machines, and saws
- Must have a verifiable 5-year work history in Canada
