About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a junior position, ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys solving problems and working with hardware. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day tech operations, with a focus on equipment setup, troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install and update software, apply system patches, and maintain hardware.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for Windows operating systems, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network connectivity.
• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees, including hardware setup and account configuration.

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment (internships or co-ops are welcome).
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with setting up and supporting iPhones and Android devices.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with PDQ Deploy, PDQ Inventory, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and VPN configuration.
