PACE is growing and looking to hire aBenefits Administratorto support our consulting team in the day-to-day handling ofgroup benefits and retirement plans. If youre great with plan documents, love accurate data, and enjoy solving problems from behind the scenesthis role was made for you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Prepare renewal packages, marketing submissions, and benefit summaries
- Track and update client plan data, employee changes, and enrolments
- Handle inbound questions from clients and carriers
- Maintain compliance with documentation best practices
- Useour CRMto manage client workflows
- Support proposals and client presentations with organized materials
- Handle additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring to the Role
- 2+ years of experience inbenefits administration, TPA, or carrier work
- Strong document management and data organization skills
- Excellent communicatorboth in writing and in person
- Proficient in MS Office
- A drivers license and access to a vehicle (required)
Nice to have
- Industry certifications (GBA, CEBS, LLQP, RPA, PPAC) are a plus
