Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Contract) to support multiple workstreams within a large-scale business transformation program in the Investment Management sector.
- This role requires someone with hands-on experience in managing complex initiatives and navigating cross-functional environments.
- The ideal candidate brings a structured project management approach, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and familiarity with data platforms or investment systems such as Aladdin or SimCorp (preferred but not required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend POD meetings and follow up with business stakeholders, vendor PMs, and POD leads to assess progress and surface risks.
- Collaborate across workstreams to identify interdependencies and resolve cross-functional issues in a timely manner.
- Actively maintain project timelines, risk registers, and issue logs, ensuring data is current and escalation paths are clear.
- Support the program's governance model by preparing and delivering updates on the integrated plan, RAIDD items, and workstream performance.
- Maintain accurate tracking tools and project artifacts to support high-quality decision-making.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all levels of stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Support the execution of hybrid and agile project delivery methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Investment Management sector.
- Strong project management expertise, with experience in hybrid and agile delivery environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- CloseStrong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Familiarity with Data Platforms, System Integrations, or tools such as Aladdin and SimCorp is highly desirable.
