Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced QA and Data Conversion Project Manager
to lead the quality assurance and data conversion workstreams for a large-scale business transformation initiative within the Investment Management sector. - This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful migration and integrity of critical investment data and requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management, data conversion, and QA processes.
- Experience with platforms such as Aladdin and/or SimCorp is considered a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA testing efforts for the data conversion stream, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and vendor partners, to identify and resolve QA and data-related issues.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Manage the RAID log, tracking all QA and data conversion risks and issues through to resolution, acting as a central point of accountability.
- Drive and govern critical gating activities for QA and conversion teams, including entry/exit criteria, checkpoints, and escalation of key decisions.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on data conversion and QA progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Apply expertise in data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure successful end-to-end data conversion outcomes.
- Implement and promote best practices for quality assurance and data management within the transformation program.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience managing QA and data conversion activities within the Investment Management domain.
- Strong project management expertise, with experience in both hybrid and agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
Desirable Attributes:
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Aladdin and/or SimCorp platforms.
