Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or testing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6, or similar.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, HTTP protocols, databases, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
- Experience integrating performance tests in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret performance data effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with observability platforms like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell).
