As a procedure administrator, you will be responsible for processing and publishing operating procedure revisions, maintaining spreadsheets, compiling reports, managing administrative files, and performing various office duties.
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Access Database, and strong organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Process and publish operating and training procedure revisions submitted by operations teams using Microsoft Word and SharePoint
Maintain various spreadsheets with procedure status changes
Compile and distribute various monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reports
Maintain administrative files and documentation, per retention guidelines
Utilize Microsoft Access Database for sitewide management of change reporting
Monitor and replenish stationary supplies located in SPEP bunker
Facilitate annual office validation
Perform ergonomics assessments to individuals on as needed basis
Other office administrator duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Academic
High school diploma or equivalent is required
2nd year completion of Office Administration college diploma program
Other
Microsoft Excel, Access and SharePoint skills would be an asset.
