Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Contract Duration: 156 weeks
Location: 250 Bloor St E(hybrid ,2-3 days per week on site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP implementation or migration projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with functional and technical SAP teams (onshore/offshore) to manage tasks and dependencies.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress and resolve issues.
- Manage change control, risk mitigation, and escalation processes.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee cutover planning, data migration, testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live support.
- Align SAP project deliverables with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned post-go-live.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3+ years in a project management role in SAP.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
