Project Manager - Multi-family Real Estate

DMC Recruitment Group is proud to partner with Tatla Developments on their search for a Project Manager.
With projects across the Lower Mainland, Tatla Developments, a multi-family, mixed-use real estate development firm, is growing and looking for its next Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Lower Mainland. This team is a small, tight-knit group of real estate development and construction professionals who pride themselves on teamwork, tight collaboration, open and honest communication, and a desire for success for all.
The Project Manager provides leadership, technical expertise, and direction to all aspects of a project life cycle and ensures each project meets accountability and quality expectations and is completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities include all pre-construction, construction, and project close-out duties, ranging from reviewing plans and specifications, tendering contracts, and preparing budgets to issuing purchase orders, updating drawings, job delegation, coordinating sub-trades, site inspections, change order management, RFIs, and managing labour budgets to deficiency checks, cost reporting, and client sign-off.
As a construction industry professional with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, the Project Manager has experience in multi-family, wood-frame construction, superior communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, detail-oriented results and to work cohesively with others.
Candidates with proven RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION experience will be considered immediately!
