Receptionist (2-month contract)

Agriterra Equipment is one of North America's largest AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. We have grown from 3 locations (in 2013) to 10 in Alberta and have been consistently in AGCO North America's Circle of Excellence Top 20 dealer group.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in the Stony Plain location immediately. This is a 2-month contract position.

What are we looking for?

• Is professional and confidential.
• Has a positive and customer friendly attitude. Greet customers and visitors upon arrival.
• Has exceptional phone etiquette. Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
• Is organized and has a strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of 1 year of similar office experience.

Preference will be given to individuals who have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook with adequate typing skills considered an asset.
