Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manager of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through efficient processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational aspects of the Fuel Card Division, including account setup, transaction processing, billing, and customer service.
Monitor and manage fuel card usage, fraud detection, and card security measures.
Lead and supervise the fuel card operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with fuel station partners and network providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance, KPIs, and business metrics to senior management.
Manage operational budgets and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Assist in the development and rollout of new products or system enhancements within the fuel card platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the fuel, logistics, or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
