Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manager of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through efficient processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Fuel Card Division, including account setup, transaction processing, billing, and customer service.

  • Monitor and manage fuel card usage, fraud detection, and card security measures.

  • Lead and supervise the fuel card operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with fuel station partners and network providers.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, KPIs, and business metrics to senior management.

  • Manage operational budgets and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and rollout of new products or system enhancements within the fuel card platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the fuel, logistics, or financial services industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
