The Financial Analyst is responsible for daily and monthly billings, on account collections, journal entries, close process, reporting packages to leadership. This role works with various data to support leaderships financial decision making, provides insightful recommendations and ideas for process improvement.

What you'll do:
Prepare and post daily journal entries, monthly billing of partner accounts and cash applications.
On account collections to ensure on time payments and action aged invoice collections. Set up of partner accounts and collaboration with various internal teams.
Support teams for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare timely, insightful, actionable and accurate customer and statistics reporting.
Reconciliation of accounts and review of expenses for month end reporting.
Provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis.
Ad Hoc analysis as necessary to facilitate decision making.
What you need to succeed:
Must-have:
Bachelor's degree finance or accounting.
Understanding of basic organizational planning / reporting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charts)
Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders including senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Nice-to-have
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting.
Working knowledge of financial software (PeopleSoft, Cognos, HFM, Workday)
CPA or working towards one
Pay range: $ 66,000- $ 80,000, depending on experience and skill set
