Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across your assigned book of business.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term trust and partnership.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, proactively recommend packaging solutions, and guide them through product expansions and new launches.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop customized account strategies to increase packaging spend and order frequency.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct regular check-ins via email, phone, and on-site visits to maintain strong engagement and identify growth triggers.
  • Data-Driven Management: Utilize Salesforce to track activities, revenue growth, forecasts, and opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (i.e. manufacturing) to ensure seamless order execution and outstanding client experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B account management or sales experience (packaging industry experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with data-driven performance tracking and CRM usage (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid (Greater Toronto Area) 1 day in office
