Receptionist, Full-Time

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/Week
8:30am-5:30pm
Status: Permanent, full-time
The Receptionistis a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person- Assist with customer CSI call backs
Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
Complete website updates and maintain the CRM database- Stock shelves
Key Qualifications:
Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
Compensation, Benefits & Work Schedule:
