About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Senior Engagement Manager to join our Project & Interim division. You will play a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships, and placing top-tier finance, accounting, and data analytics professionals into high-growth companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Build and manage strong relationships with finance and analytics leaders
- Lead client engagements and advise on recruitment strategies
- Support clients during growth and transformation phases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful placements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment
- Experience recruiting for finance and accounting roles preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Comfortable with prospecting, business development, and performance targets
- Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Bullhorn is a plus
- CPA or finance background is an asset
