Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excels in client and subcontractor coordination, and is highly organized with a proven track record in residential renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day job site operations

• Develop and maintain project calendars and budgets

• Lead weekly virtual and on-site meetings

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and professionals (engineers, architects)

• Track change orders, schedule updates, and project costs

• Oversee deficiency and warranty work using Buildertrend

• Ensure compliance with construction schedules and quality standards

• Represent the company professionally and manage project documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-7 years of residential Renovation project management experience.

• Proficient in Buildertrend and project scheduling

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Ability to commute or relocate to Scarborough, ON
