About the Role:
As a Cabinet Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with retail customers, guiding them through the design and selection process for renovation and new construction projects. You'll combine strong product knowledge with creativity and customer service excellence to deliver a seamless, enjoyable experience from consultation through final order.
This role blends design, technical product advice, and proactive sales strategy, perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into reality.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all stages of the design and sales process
- Provide design expertise, project coordination, and product recommendations
- Utilize design programs (such as 20/20) to create and present cabinet layouts
- Process customer transactions and ensure accuracy in account management
- Drive sales growth within the cabinet department through relationship building and proactive selling
What We're Looking For:
- Sales skills with experience in a consultative retail or design role
- Experience using 20/20 design software and knowledge of the construction or interior design industries is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional, courteous, and team-oriented
- Ability to manage project timelines and client expectations effectively
