Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with insurance clients to identify business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while ensuring timelines are met.
  • Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for system enhancements or new implementations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and change management.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in the insurance sector and share insights with clients and the team.
Qualifications Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on business analysis, project management, or consulting roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in insurance domains such as underwriting, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and emerging industry trends.
  • Familiarity with insurance-related technologies and tools, such as policy administration systems, distribution managements systems, billing platforms etc.
  • Hands-on experience with applications such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, and Majesco.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, process maps, and presentations.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
