Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving high-volume, high-quality hiring efforts across multiple geographies. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance speed with quality. Additionally, this person will play a key role in Talent Enablement, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding in collaboration with People Operations.
This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Ottawa office, reporting to our Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
The compensation range for this position is between CAN 100,000 to CAN 120,000 per year, based on years of experience and internal equity.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

  • Lead and execute global talent acquisition strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals in a high-growth environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify hiring needs and create data-driven talent strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top cybersecurity and SaaS talent globally.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations to streamline onboarding and ensure a seamless employee transition.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with international hiring regulations and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly recommended.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition within a high-growth, fast-paced cybersecurity software or other SaaS organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS, HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of global hiring practices and compliance regulations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious hiring targets.
  • Expertise in talent enablement, ensuring a smooth handoff from TA to People Operations.
