As a Flexologist, you'll:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to client goals and mobility limitations
Perform mobility assessments and create safe, effective stretch plans
Educate clients on proper movement, posture, and body awareness
Document session notes and track client progress
Collaborate with a wellness-driven team in a studio that values trust, communication, and care
Required:
Licensure or certification as a:
Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or similar rehab background
CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for improving movement, function, and quality of life
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or manual therapy
Familiarity with functional movement, stretching protocols, or mobility training
Background in massage therapy, yoga, or personal training is a bonus
