• 'The Manufacturing Engineer will assist in Defining assembly processes with quality and business expectations.
• Assist with Manufacturing Work Instructions & documentation.
• Define the Process Flow Chart and Assembly Sequence of Operation for the Product.
• EBOM to MBOM Conversion for New Products and Existing Products.
• These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
• Communicate effectively and work inter-functionally with Employee Teams, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC), and Manufacturing to resolve complex quality-related issues, and deficiencies and improve processes.
• Update documentation of SOP & other Documentation related to Manufacturing.
• Partner with Supervisor and production team to provide process control, while communicating updates/changes effectively.
• Validate the Assembly Process on the shop floor with respect to defined & Documented Assembly Activities.
Qualification:
'BE in Engineering - Manufacturing or Production or operations; More advanced degrees are a plus but not required
