Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Estimator for a leading Steel Fabrication Company. This role is essential in overseeing the company's project management and estimation tasks, ensuring each project meets its deadlines and quality standards. The position is full-time and based on-site.

• Search for bids listed in company software and online invitations to bid from various General Contractors
• Attend mandatory pre-bid meetings and job walks to gather crucial project information.
• Ensure bids are completed 24 hours prior to the bid date, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Comprehend all applicable project specifications related to the project scope of work and address project addendums as they arise.
• Provide Requests for Information (RFIs) to General Contractors and follow up for bid results.
• Deliver budget estimates and create a Schedule of Values for awarded contracts.
• Coordinate and provide change orders, collaborating effectively with other team members.
• Attend bid reviews and weekly production meetings to ensure cohesive team operations.

• Strong experience in project management and estimation within the steel fabrication and erection industry.
• Proficiency in using industry-related platforms such as Building Connected and Procore.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. The position requires onsite presence.
