* Concord, ON (Hwy 7/400) * Permanent role with full time and part time hours available * Variety of shifts available from Monday-Saturday, with potential for overtime * Competitive hourly wage, depending on experience * Must be able to see the full colour spectrum for paint matching/mixing Are you looking for a fast-paced and exciting role with a well-established local business? If so, look no further – we've got the role for you. We're North Toronto Paints, a Concord-based wholesale paint distributor. We've been in business for over 25 years, working with commercial and industrial customers and paint contractors. We supply paint for a diverse range of applications. We're currently in search of a Paint Associate / Customer Service Rep to join our team! Working out of our warehouse, your main priority in this role is to provide efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service to our customers, as you assist them with selecting and preparing paint for their projects. Your tasks will include: * Communicating with customers by email and phone (and occasionally walk-ins) to understand and determine their paint needs * Matching, mixing, and tinting paint colours to prepare them for customers * Preparing and processing paint orders for shipment and delivery to job sites * Receiving product and stocking shelves * Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse with daily housekeeping efforts * On occasion, using the company van to deliver local small orders Working with North Toronto Paints We're a small, close-knit, and supportive team who truly enjoy working together. As part of our team, here's what else you can expect: * Full-time or part time hours, year-round * Hours will be provided in a variety of shifts between 7 am – 5 pm Monday-Saturday * Competitive wages depending on experience * Regular team events – lunches, birthday celebrations * Opportunities for advancement within – grow into a sales role if you're interested! * Opportunity to be a leader on our team as we grow Qualifications Here are our must haves: * 16 months+ experience working with paints * Full colour vision, with the ability to see the full colour spectrum (required for discriminating between colours for colour matching, mixing, etc.) * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. * Experience providing customer service and/or in a customer facing role * Must be comfortable working in an environment in which you'll be regularly exposed to paint and associated smells How to Apply Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
