In this role you will:
• Build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals
• Design, implement, and manage Search Engine Marketing campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns.
• In coordination with Paid Search, lead SEO strategy that includes technical on-page optimizations and content-driven approaches to boost organic traffic
• Design, implement, and manage Paid Social Marketing campaigns across Meta, and TikTok
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in acquisition cost, ROI, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and collaborate closely with internal teams to help pace and manage budget
• Collaborate with external account partners and internal team members to define and execute digital strategies
• Manage and work closely with vendor partner to execute on any updates or changes required in order to maintain high level of performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketing professionals.
Qualifications
• University Degree in Business, Math, Engineering or related discipline
• 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in a performance marketing role for a retail or e-commerce brand, with hands on experience executing holistic paid marketing strategies
• Proven track record of managing a digital marketing budget of at least $3m across multiple platforms for a profitable eCommerce business
• Expert understanding of digital marketing channels, best practices, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and SEMrush (or a similar tool)
• Highly analytical, structured thinker who can derive insights from complex data, and clearly articulate ideas into actionable items to a diverse set of stakeholders and cross functional teams
• A highly entrepreneurial mindset that has a "doer" mentality, curiosity to understand the entire business, and demonstrated ability to observe and adapt to a changing landscape of digital advertising.
• Seasoned project management skills, a strong sense of initiative, and attention to detail
• Creative thinker who can bring in new ideas and approaches and execute on these new ideas
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support campaigns, and react to performance as needed
