What Youll Be Doing:

  • Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment.
  • Assist in material handling and transport within the facility.
  • Support welders and other skilled tradespeople during crane assembly.
  • Perform general manual labour tasks.
  • Read blueprints and production drawings (occasional).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with power tools, machinery, and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Forklift/Lift truck license is an asset.


Working Conditions:

  • Typical manufacturing facility environment.
  • Moderate to heavy lifting required.
  • Use of PPE required at all times.
