Architectural Design:

• Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMC Helix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Implementation Planning:

• Creating a detailed plan for the deployment of SMART IT, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Customization and Configuration:

• Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.

Data Migration:

• Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.

User Training and Change Management:

• Providing comprehensive training for end users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of SMART IT.

Testing and Validation:

• Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.

Post-Implementation Support:

• Establishing ongoing support and optimization processes to ensure the continued success and improvement of the SMART IT implementation.
• Experience with implementation in a large/complex environment.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
