Your Role

As part of our inside sales and estimating team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and contractors. You'll guide clients through product options, create accurate estimates from blueprints and measurements, and help turn leads into satisfied long-term customers.

️ What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Prepare material take-offs and quotes from blueprints or dimensions

• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy

• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and quotes

✅ What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• 2+ years in sales, estimating, construction, or building materials

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems

• Knowledge of roofing or metal products is a strong asset
