As a Packaging Team Member, you'll be right on the line literally and figuratively. You'll play a key part in making sure every can and keg is packed with quality, pride, and Muskoka spirit.

• Operate all areas of canning and kegging lines

• Load/unload materials and inspect product quality

• Assemble packaging and prepare goods for warehousing

• Perform equipment inspections and housekeeping

• Follow all health & safety regulations

• Troubleshoot machinery and complete reports

• Participate in continuous learning and process improvements

• A strong safety-first mindset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Flexibility with shift schedules

• A collaborative, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude

• Great communication skills

• Pride in your work and a willingness to learn
