About the Role
As the Insurance Defence Law Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing materials and documents required for trials and discoveries
- Draft correspondence and pleadings, liaise with clients and coordinate examinations for discovery and trial dates
- Assist with processing invoices for payments

What You Bring
- 8+ years of Insurance Defence Law Clerk experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Law Clerk education from an accredited institution will be an asset.
