Job Title: Vehicle Delivery Manager

Location: Parry Sound Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd.

Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary

As a Vehicle Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional

customer service while supporting the sales team with administrative and operational

tasks.


Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all details and

follow-ups are documented.

- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

- Keep an organized CRM database to provide valuable insights for the sales

team.


2. Customer Engagement & Sales Support

- Conduct vehicle walk-throughs during customer deliveries, ensuring they

understand their vehicle's features.

- Address customer questions and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

- Assist in resolving inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior associates

when necessary.


3. Vehicle Delivery Coordination

- Schedule vehicle deliveries based on customer preferences (dealership pick-up

or home delivery).

- Confirm appointments and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.

- Prepare vehicles for customer handover, performing final quality checks.

4. Vehicle Merchandising & Online Inventory

- Assist in capturing high-quality photos of new and pre-owned vehicles for online

listings.

- Ensure vehicle images and details are accurate and up to date.

- Support the sales team in maintaining an appealing online vehicle presentation.


5. Administrative Support

- Assist the sales team with daily operations and sales initiatives.

- Generate sales reports and performance metrics.


- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.


Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Willingness to obtain an OMVIC license (training and support provided).

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service or sales experience (automotive experience

preferred).

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend availability based on

customer needs.
