Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to effectively visualize key business metrics.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring efficient and reliable data processing.
• Understanding of data structures, ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data analytics, from data acquisition and processing to visualization and insight delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, statistical methods, and cutting-edge visualization tools.
• Design and implement analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Evaluate, recommend, and assess the pricing of data visualization and analytics toolsets, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget considerations.
• Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing analytical capabilities and best practices
  

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational database concepts, architecture, and database server processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experienced in building ETL processes and working with large data sets.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with policies, procedures, licensing agreements, and related legislation (e.g., privacy, accessibility).
