Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Director to join a leading technology company based in Mississauga. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth and expand the market presence for a well-established organization in the IT consulting and SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Create and present detailed sales and marketing reports to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and expand the professional network.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the IT consulting and SaaS industries.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and business development.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop top talent.
  • Extensive professional network with industry influencers, potential clients, and strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing analytics, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT consulting and SaaS business landscape.
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
