The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Project Manager with over 4 years of project management experience to lead software development projects. The Software Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project deliverables while directly supervising the Technical Business Analyst to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Supervise and mentor the Technical Business Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communication and expectations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and project objectives.
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising team members, including Business Analysts.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred).

Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $72,000.00- $75,000.00
