What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct tests to uncover weaknesses and refine CNC machining processes.
• Analyze data trends to troubleshoot and propose lasting solutions.
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to test new ideas and improve our CNC Machining division.
• Confidently operate CNC mills and other machinery to execute precise work.
• Bring your problem-solving skills to the table every day, helping us improve and innovate.

About You

Must-Haves:

• Machining Expertise: Trained machinist with at least 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in 5-axis milling, GCODE, CAM programming, and CNC machine operation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A sharp ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.

Nice-to-Haves (Theyll Make You Stand Out!):

• Lathe Experience: Familiarity with lathe operation is a strong asset.
• Precision Machining: Background in aerospace, medical, or similar industries.
• CMM Proficiency: Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines.
• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding principles and applying them to improve processes.
• Geometric/Spatial Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Scientific Method: Familiarity with testing and refining variables to enhance results

The total compensation package for this role starts ranging between $55,000 CAD to 85,000 CAD dependent on performance and experience. You will also enjoy the following benefits...
