The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal fabrication and welding processes, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks with precision, ensuring all safety protocols are followed, and meeting production timelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal materials, ensuring high-quality and accurate welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and set up welding equipment and materials.
• Inspect and test welds for strength and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials, particularly MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
