Company Overview
EverLine Coatings - Hamilton Niagara, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to generate B2B sales for our company. This role involves cold calling, prospecting, and networking commercial property owners & managers to build a strong client base and establish referral relationships with other service providers. The OutsideBusiness Development Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target potential customers including business owners, property owners, facility managers, and property managers.
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources from related service providers.
- Accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed pricing proposals.
- Present proposals to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior Customer Service.
- Coordinate and communicate with management frequently to generate leads and sales.
- Submit sales activity reports and updates to management and maintain clean, updated records for all leads and customers.
- Utilize previous sales experience to create connections and generate leads.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to accurately estimate project costs and prepare pricing proposals.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for hunting new sales opportunities.
- Strong ambassador for our company and its values.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
