Summary: Under direct supervision, process incoming orders from sales force, customers, and affiliates. This individual must have the following skills: Digital literacy, Microsoft Word, Excel, Proficient math skills, good oral and written communication ability (bilingual preferred), good interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction/trades payroll and certified payroll reporting.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Download and process orders into the system.
  • Manually enter orders if necessary.
  • Review and correct order files.
  • Notify customers or sales reps of out-of-stock items.
  • Provide necessary documentation to customers.
  • Handle daily invoicing and credit memos.
  • Assist with credit and collections.
  • Research inquiries from customers, sales reps, and affiliates.
  • Provide backup support as needed.
  • Assist with back-office duties as directed.
  • Ensure respectful treatment of all customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ months related experience or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
