Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned maintenance work quickly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized
- Keep track of all materials and supplies used and report any inventory needs to management
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, as needed

The services we do are power washing, window cleaning, eaves cleaning, gutter guard installation, and polymeric sanding and sealing.
