One of our manufacturing clients in Brantford, ON region is looking for a Millwright Lead for their facility.

Shift - Days

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues during preventive maintenance, both in-shop and at customer sites.

• Ensure staff are well-educated on new equipment and technology.

• Understand conveyor dynamics and material handling fundamentals.

• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and equipment.

• Operate equipment safely and effectively.

• Manage time responsibly.

• Accurately document work and timelines.

• Keep precise records of maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.

• Experience in bulk material handling is advantageous.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Millwright.

• Over 5 years of industry experience.
