Invitica Solutions is the Durham based promotional advertising firm. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time office Administrator. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success by assisting with various HR administrative tasks and supporting our recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and handling HR-related inquiries.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and candidate correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, organizing documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Must be available Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, in person at our office in Whitby
- Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work within a dynamic team environment
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
