You will be responsible for the delivery of projects and project scopes on-time and to a high level of client service, including being an effective communicator and working to manage schedules and related budgets and costs. What you will be doing:

• Review documents, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail and inform the appropriate team about potential issues or conflicts.
• Plan and manage daily operations and construction schedules while monitoring project progress.
• Prepare contracts and confidently negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
• Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.

What you must have:

• 2-3 years of construction coordination experience, preferably exposure to ICI projects or good mixed-use builds
• Experience working with and supporting projects valued at $15-20+ million.
• Familiarity with commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction.
• Post-secondary education in Construction or Project Management, or related courses
